Program editing tools
There are at least two free tools and they are Notepad and HAPedit (for editing and writing programs). You can download HAPedit from this URL HAPedit

If you would like to purchase another tool; I would recommend Dreamweaver and Homesite software packages (similar to the above but with more advanced factures). Dreamweaver_and_Homesite
